Is there a minimum charge?
There is a minimum visit length, which is why it is worth saving up the whole list rather than calling for one item. Bring us everything and it is a better use of the trip for both of us.
What repairs do you not take on?
We do like-for-like fixture replacement — lights, faucets, disposals — but we are not a licensed electrician or plumber. Anything needing new circuits, new supply lines or a permit should go to a licensed trade, and we will tell you when that is the case.
Do you mount TVs and assemble furniture?
Yes, along with gate and fence repair, door and lock adjustment, shelving, and drywall patching.
