What is day porter service?
A day porter is on your property during business hours keeping it presentable, rather than an after-hours crew cleaning once everyone has gone. It covers litter pickup, entryway and storefront detailing, dumpster enclosure sweeps, trash receptacle servicing, and responding to spills and wind events as they happen.
How is that different from a janitorial contract?
Janitorial work is scheduled cleaning, usually after hours and usually inside. Portering is presence during the day, mostly outside and in common areas, so the property looks the same at 4pm as it did at 8am. Many properties need both.
How often do you visit?
Whatever the property needs — from a single daily sweep to several visits a day on higher-traffic retail. Scope and frequency are set during the walk-through.
Are we locked into a long-term contract?
No. We would rather keep the work by doing it properly than by holding you to a term.
Can you handle the grounds and repairs as well?
