Peck's Yard & Home Services is a licensed and insured company based in Topeka, run by Michael Peck. What started as yard care has grown into a full property services outfit: mowing and landscaping, drainage and grading, hardscaping, painting, irrigation, handyman work, and day-porter service for commercial properties.
The reason customers keep us is not complicated. We turn up when we said we would, we do the work we quoted, and if something is going to change we call you before it does rather than after.
A growing part of what we do is water. Building grades to keep water out of basements, installing French drains, and solving standing water. It is the work most lawn companies around here do not take on, and it is where we can usually save somebody the most money in the long run.
How we work
- Free estimates. We come out, look at the job properly, and give you a written number.
- One crew, one contact. Everything runs through the same people, so nothing gets lost between vendors.
- Licensed and insured. On residential and commercial work alike.
- We finish the job. Including the tidy-up. Trenches get restored, debris gets hauled off.
